Each product is made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or process refunds except for exceptions below. All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to determine if a refund or exchange is appropriate on a case by case basis.
Refunds - If You Didn't Receive Your Item
If you don't receive your item (especially due to COVID-19 Shipping uncertainties) please reach out. Many of our items are shipped UNTRACKED, so we will not know that you didn't receive it. We will process your request after we have determined that the product was not received and you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
