UNTRACKED SHIPPING

• Typically FREE SHIPPING, unless otherwise noted, will be untracked. Shipping can VERY expensive for small items, and frequently can cost as much as the items themselves. This crazy, I know, but it is reality.
• We CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY and/or DELIVERY TIMES for untracked packages. We simply have no idea where the package is after we drop it off. 95% of the time, it arrives on-time, but especially in the current COVID-19 situation, packages can be delayed, or even on very rare occasions LOST. Please be patient with the delivery, and leave lots of time.
• If it doesn't arrive within a reasonable (21 days Canada/US, 30 days internationally) we will attempt to reship a new one
