To avoid delays, make sure to include all necessary information and personalization so I can begin working on your order immediately.
For any personalization, we don't start working on it until we have approval on a digital Proof. See FAQ for details on what a Digital Proof is. It's probably what you think it is :)
MATERIALS & QUALITY
For items cut/engraved in/on wood, keep in mind that wood is a natural product. No two pieces of wood are exactly the same, so you might get some imperfections (knots, tiny plugs, sections of darker wood grain, etc... I do inspect every item that goes out door for quality, so there shouldn't be anything I would keep and take a picture with of myself. If there's a serious quality issue with a particular item, please let me know!
RETURNS
Each product is made to order, therefore we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If an item is damaged when received, buyer must notify seller within 14 days, and we will gladly replace the item.
ONGOING COVID-19 DELAYS / MAIL DISRUPTION
By default, all shipping is sent via Canada Post and handed off to other carriers at the destination country

Alternate delivery channels (DHL, FEDex, etc...) to affected countries are available please reach out to us on these options.
UNTRACKED SHIPPING
Typically FREE SHIPPING, unless otherwise noted, will be untracked. Shipping can VERY expensive for small items, and frequently can cost as much as the items themselves. This crazy, I know, but it is reality.
We CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY and/or DELIVERY TIMES for untracked packages. We simply have no idea where the package is after we drop it off. 95% of the time, it arrives on-time, but especially in the current COVID-19 situation, packages can be delayed, or even on very rare occasions LOST. Please be patient with the delivery, and leave lots of time.
If it doesn't arrive within a reasonable (21 days Canada/US, 30 days internationally) we will attempt to reship a new one
If you need your item by a certain data that's very soon, please choose expedited shipping!
